If you are a UK customer, that is your order was shipped to an address in the UK, or you are UK resident and you collected your order, You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from when you received the goods ordered. You do not have to provide a reason for the cancellation. You have additional rights if a received item is faulty or was not correctly described.
To cancel an order, you must notify KJF Audio within 14 days of receiving the goods, by email to admin@kjfaudio.co.uk or by letter to:

You should include the order number in your email or letter when cancelling an order.
After cancelling your order, you must return the goods within 14 days to the above address. After the returned goods are received by KJF Audio Ltd you will be issued with a refund within 14 days. This refund will be issued using the same method used to pay for the order. For example, if you paid using a credit card, you will be reimbursed to that credit card.
Items must be returned in “as new” condition and with original packaging. A deduction will be made if the value of a returned item is reduced due to this not being the case.
A cover note stating the order number should be included when items are returned. If this is not provided, it may not be possible to identify your original order, resulting in a delay in processing the refund due.
The basic cost of delivery of the goods to you will be refunded (i.e. the cheapest delivery option when you placed your order). If you selected a different delivery service, the difference in cost between the basic service and this service will not be refunded.
The delivery/postage cost of returning goods to KJF Audio Ltd will not be refunded to you by KJF Audio Ltd unless the goods are faulty or were not correctly described. If you are not a UK customer and you return an item, any taxes, import duties and customs charges paid by KJF Audio on the return delivery will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. If an item is returned because it is faulty, it should be declared as a “FAULTY ITEM” in the customs declaration.
This policy does not apply to bespoke and made to order items, though these may be returned at the discretion of KJF Audio Ltd.
If you are outside of the UK and would like to return an item please get in contact directly and we will help where possible. In any case all return courier costs will need to be covered by yourselves as will any of the customs fees or any other fees that become due on them. Only when the parcel is back in our hands and we know what all the fees involved are will we be able to calculate any refund (if any) that is due to you.
